- Customer has added 60 gal fuel since tank install and consumed appx 50 gal – gauge level never above 1/4, DTE has been getting longer and longer as it's re-calibrating, gauge has recently gone below 1/4 Removed fuel tank and found level sensor missing float. Installed and retested. While tank was down, we noted minor amount of debris (metal) inside tank. Cust is aware and will monitor

- Did not have any stored codes – did not diag anything. Replaced CCV breather per maintenance
- OIL SEPARATOR – Remove & Replace – Diesel
