    • P0677 Cyl7 glow plug fault. Testing found at least 2 different glow plugs with high resistance. Other appear original .Rec to replace all 8 glow plugs. P080 EGT#1 perf and P242B Egt#3 perf. Testing found readings of 2 different exhaust temp sensors bias low. Will need to perform cold start testing to confirm failure. Likely will need replacement of at least #1 and #3 egt, though rec replace all 4 as high failure rate. Customer to return for repairs.
    • Replace 4 exhaust temp sensors
    • GLOW PLUG – Remove & Replace – Diesel Both Sides,All Eight – [Includes: R&I Fender Liner.]
    • Change engine oil. Visual brake inspection. Check air filter, tires, and all fluids. Lube chassis as necessary
    • Replace air filter
    • Clean battery cables deeply of corrosion, seal as needed
    • Replace fuel filter
    • Customer states oil leak passenger side of engine. Check and advise
    • Replace transfer case output seal and clean area, drain and replace fluid at t-case – note fluid was low and slightly burnt

    • Replace engine oil and filter. Visual brake inspection. Check all fluids, tires, air filter. Top off fluids. Recommend replace air filter, and cabin air filter (very dirty/ restricted). Vehicle is due for transmission fluid service based on mileage. Recommend replace all four tires due to age/ dry rotting (tires are unsafe/ severe dry rotting). Set tire pressures to 36psi. Brakes are good. Reset maintenance indicator.

    • Customer states power steering light came on dash – check and advise Testing found low voltage and comm error codes stored in elec power steering module. Likely related to dead battery concern. Battery/charging system testing found battery well below specs. Charging system ok. Rec replace battery, clear power steering codes. Customer to return if any additional power steering error messages remain. Additional testing will be needed if issue returns at a later date
    • Replace rear brake pads and rotors
    • Flush brake system . Clears all fluid of master cylinder, abs controller if applicable, hoses, lines and calipers.
    • BATTERY – Remove & Replace

Tires are good, but recommend tire rotation (front worn more than rear). Set tire pressures to 36psi. Brakes are good, but recommend re check rear brakes next service (3mm). Reset maintenance indicator.
